Pro Media Mag : First of all tell us about the start of your music career.
TheUmutmusic : I started music in high school with musicals. After high school I joined the Rnb/Rap group in my town. It was my brother’s group. He was the one of the first rappers in my home town. So I can say that I started with them and recorded my first demo with them, then concerts , live performances and songs came after.
Pro Media Mag : Who or what inspired you to get into music industry?
TheUmutmusic : Music was always inside in my heart and brain since I was a kid.I was listening to Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston when I was a kid. So I can say MJ and my brother inspired me.
Pro Media Mag : Tell us about your recent release ?
TheUmutmusic : It was a fun song called Desire. I reached 72k on youtube with the music video. I was trying to be a little dirty with that song 🙂
Pro Media Mag : What kind of response you have received from the release?
TheUmutmusic : I got amazing comments and response from a lot of people. It was just the beginning for me to release my first single in the US.
Pro Media Mag: You are a producer, composer, singer, songwriter and entrepreneur, how do you manage it all?
TheUmutmusic : It is all connected in my mind. the best example I can give is: when I hear an instrument or just a sound or one kick&clap, the song is already finished in my mind.It is mixed and mastered with a music video done and ready to publish.
Sounds crazy I know. I am learning to live with that. when other people hear just one sound and look like “ok” , I am like wooooooohoo oooh yeaaah.. 🙂
Pro Media Mag: What’s the best part of being a music artist & producer?
TheUmutmusic : First of all I don’t need to ask anyone to make a beat for me or how to record the song, second thing I don’t pay anyone for this 🙂
Pro Media Mag : What was the inspiration behind launching your own label?
TheUmutmusic : I was always thinking I’m doing all the work by myself already and so why would I work for someone else. Sounds selfish maybe but believe me its just feels like ”I don’t need to beg anyone for anything”…
Pro Media Mag : Have you set any goals to achieve?
TheUmutmusic : Well for now get a Grammy and featuring With Janet Jackson or Eminem one day..

TheUmutmusic : Yes It’s my new single called With You. We shot the music video in Brooklyn. This is my second single in the US and
