We are sharing our interview with a body builder who is a pro-athlete, a certified trainer and a public figure.
Pro Media Mag : First of all please introduce yourself to our readers?
Chris : My name is Chris but I’m called dream do to my athletic ability and strength on and off the field
Pro Media Mag : Our readers would like to know about the start of your professional career.
Chris : I played football for a while after my football journey I decided to keep lifting weights, at first Just for health purposes…but I began to really enjoy lifting weights and building a better physique.
Pro Media Mag : Who or what inspired you to become a body builder?
Chris : Honestly no one really inspired me to become a bodybuilder I just fell in love with training and being at the gym for hours.
Pro Media Mag : Tell us about your achievements?
Chris : Some of my achievements are Me being able to land on the cover of muscle sport magazine, playing pro football ball, winning my class in my first bodybuilding show being featured in mags and being on billboards, helping my clients transform.
Pro Media Mag : What’s the best part of being a pro athlete?
Chris : Best part of being a pro athlete is that you separated yourself from the ranks of an amateur athlete.
Pro Media Mag : Now you are a certified trainer. What makes you different from other trainers?
Chris : I believe a certification doesn’t makes you a great trainer honestly but you do gain a lot of knowledge from what you learn during the certification process. I believe what makes me different is that I’m willing to go above and beyond for my clients, it’s not just About building their bodies it’s also about teaching them life lessons and building the mind while uplifting there confidence.
Pro Media Mag : Is this training program suitable for anyone? Or only a few luckyones qualify for this?
Chris : No one will ever have the same program since every client body is of course different from one another and each requires something different from the next.
Pro Media Mag : What’s the success rate? Everyone training under you ends up achieving his / her goals?
Chris : Success rate for my clients are high because I demand and expect them to be great, but don’t get me wrong some clients can be more work than others due too bad habits.
