ackie Bertolette is a seasoned Editorial Fashion Photographer with a background in the fashion / modeling (retired) world spanning decades. She is the Designer for her couture line, RJ Luna Haute Clothier, Producer of photo shoots/shows/events and Model mentor/coach/development. Her Professional work has been published in over 45 local, regional, national and international publications. Jackie also has extensive experience in creative direction, wardrobe & photo styling, industry consulting, graphic design, editorial writing and motivational speaking.
She has spent her career developing her diverse range of skills to culminate in the founding of Ohio’s ONLY Quarterly High Fashion Magazine, Haute Ohio Magazine. The quarterly online & Print/Ship magazine focuses on the world class talent that hails from the Midwest. It’s mission is to seek out aspiring, student, emerging and successful professionals and offer a platform to showcase their work. They believe in networking and uplifting each other to create a viable fashion industry in the Midwest. Jackie has also founded and spearheads Ohio’s ONLY Collective Fashion Week, Ohio Fashion Week -OHFW and it’s flagship Black Tie Fashion Gala, The Upper Echelon Runway including The Ohio Fashion Awards.
Pro Media Mag : Any inspirations behind your love for fashion?
Jackie Bertolette : I have always loved the style and grace of Jackie O and the immense talent and perseverance of CoCo Chanel. Together they have inspired my love of fashion and classic timeless style.
Pro Media Mag : What kind of fashion interest you the most?
Jackie Bertolette : I love editorial fashion and sustainable, upcycled fashion. I have a love for business wear for women and have a good number of business suits in my closet.
Pro Media Mag : You are the editor of Haute Ohio Magazine. What type of content you share on it?
Jackie Bertolette : Haute Ohio Magazine is a publication focused on the world-class fashion talent in the Midwest of the United States, but not limited to it, as we have featured international professionals as well. We look for couture style designers, one of a kind, hand made, and vintage which is a unique style as well. Our purpose is to provide a platform for aspiring, student, emerging, and successful fashion industry talent and to encourage and advocate for 100% inclusivity in the fashion industry.
Pro Media Mag : What about your readership, how is the response?
Jackie Bertolette : Our readership is a full range demographic from young fashionistas to golden agers and all genders, ethnicities, socio-economic backgrounds, etc. Fashion is a universal language of expression of one’s self and everyone is inspired by it in one way or another. Our readers include fashionistas, insiders, and industry professionals.
Pro Media Mag : Going through your magazine we have noticed “Intern with Haute Ohio”. Can you tell our readers more about it?
Jackie Bertolette : Haute Ohio Magazine offers on-premises/on-set or remote internships for individuals interested in pursuing a career in the fashion industry. You do not have to be an actively enrolled student but you must be looking to learn.
Pro Media Mag : What’s the best part of being a Fashion Mogul?
Jackie Bertolette : The best part of being a Fashion Mogul is be able to provide opportunities to folks who have aspirations in this industry, best models, designers, stylists, etc. I take 100% inclusion very seriously and am in a unique position to be able to give a launching platform to ANYONE who has dreams.
Pro Media Mag : Have you set any goals to achieve?
Jackie Bertolette : As we recently launched our podcast, A Fashion Empire, our next goal is to release the book series that will include interviews with models who have found their inner beauty through modeling. We anticipate the first book’s release for summer 2021.

Jackie Bertolette : We are also currenlty workng on webinar series offering insider instruction in fundamentals of modeling, design, etc. Also expected to release in early summer.
